Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to be completely comfortable in your Moby Wrap. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original Moby Wrap and all included instructional booklets inside the original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
